Our apps are  designed especially for children, with special attention to online  privacy. Learning Giraffe is committed to ensuring that your privacy is  protected.   

~  Learning Giraffe's apps do not have any third party advertisements. 

~  Learning Giraffe does not collect, store, or share any type of personal information or location data.  

~  Learning Giraffe's apps do link to other websites but are child-locked.  

~  Learning Giraffe's apps do not use in-app purchasing.  

~  Learning Giraffe applications do not connect to any social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter or Google+. Our website provides links to our Facebook and Twitter pages (not our apps).

We collect limited information with our applications. When you download and use our mobile applications, we don't require you to  provide any information and we don't collect any information about you  or your device. Our website and mobile applications comply with the  Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We don't knowingly  collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in violation of COPPA, and if in the event that a user identifies  himself/herself as a child under the age of 13 through a support  request, we will not collect, store or use, and will delete in a secure  manner, any personal information of such user.

When you request support, you many send us email.We allow users to contact us if they have support questions and use of our mobile applications. If you submit a support request, we may receive your email address and other information you provided related to your  request. ("Support information" (which could include your device model,  etc).  We use "Support information" only for the support for the  internal operations of our website and apps. We may share your "Support  information" with our support providers, but only for the purpose of  providing support to you.

Cookies and other technologies. Our site does not use "cookies" or any other tracking technologies. There is no automatic gathering of personal information.
